Vinegar made by slowly fermenting wines from La Rioja in a surface culture: A NATURAL METHOD by which acetic bacteria transform the wine into this healthy product with the aid of nothing more than air.
The unfiltered vinegar stands in our dedicated storehouse in French Oak barrels while it undergoes optimum ageing.
Our processes certify our respect for both public and environmental health.

- Dark green glass bottle (Bottle type: ‘Bordelesa’).
- Self-adhering label, complete with all legally required details.
- Plastic cork top (called ‘Jerezano’).
