Vinegar made from cider. It undergoes slow acetic fermentation in a surface culture: A NATURAL METHOD by which acetic bacteria transform the cider into this healthy product with the aid of nothing more than air.

Following clarification and filtration the end product obtained is a glossy yellow liquid, free of foreign smells and tastes, with its characteristic acidity.
