After a clarification and filtration process, the final product is a bright yellow liquid for white vinegars and a bright reddish-brownish-blackish liquid for red vinegars, with no strange smells or tastes and with a characteristic acidity.
Wine vinegar, colouring E-150d. Contains sulphites. Acidity 6º.
